Xinxiang Haijie Machinery Co., Ltd. is a filtration manufacturer based in Xinxiang, Henan — the Chinese city that has grown around the filter and hydraulic-component industry. We research, design, manufacture and sell filters and filter elements, and we supply both complete units and the replacement elements that keep existing equipment running.
Our catalogue covers water filter elements, oil filter elements, gas and air filter elements and melt-blown media, with more than a thousand models across the range. Products are used in water treatment, petroleum, power generation, coal mining, chemical processing, metallurgy, textiles, pharmaceuticals, automotive, chemical fibre, air conditioning and food production.
What we make
Four families make up the bulk of our production:
- Return-line filters and elements for tank-top installation, with bypass valve, diffuser and clogging indicator, from 25 to 1300 L/min.
- Suction filters and elements that protect the pump inlet with 80–180 µm coarse straining at 0.6 MPa.
- Water filter cartridges — melt-blown and pleated elements for RO pre-treatment, cooling water and pool circulation.
- Air and gas filter elements for screw compressors and precision air lines, from 100 µm down to 0.01 µm.
Engineering, not just catalogue numbers
Most of our export work starts with a part number from another brand. Our engineers map the reference to our own media, β-rating, end-cap geometry and seal material, confirm the dimensions against the original envelope, and quote a drop-in replacement. Where a drawing or a physical sample exists, we can also produce to it as an OEM project, including labels, packaging and barcodes under your own brand.
Where we are
The plant is at No. 1, Xijichang Industrial Zone, Muye District, Xinxiang City, Henan Province. Being inside a filtration cluster matters in practice: media, end caps, seals, machining and testing are all available within a short distance, which keeps development cycles short and lets us accept small trial orders before a customer commits to volume.
Export
Products are exported to Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, Australia and the Americas. The company is registered with Xinxiang Customs as an import/export goods consignor (registration no. 9108), so we handle the export documentation directly. FOB, CIF and EXW terms are all negotiable, and payment by T/T or L/C is accepted.
Management systems
Production and sales of filters and filter cartridges are covered by an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with ISO 14001:2015 environmental and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety certification for the same site. The certificates are published on our quality page together with their numbers and validity dates.
