How quality is controlled in production
Filter performance is decided before the element is assembled — by the media, the pleat geometry and the bond between the pack and the end cap. Our control points follow that sequence:
- Incoming media inspection — permeability, resin content and thickness are checked when media arrives, because a nominal “glass fibre” from two suppliers does not behave the same.
- Pleating and assembly control — pleat count, pack diameter and end-cap bonding are checked on the line, not after packing.
- Bubble-point and collapse-pressure testing — used to verify element integrity and the differential pressure the element can take before it deforms.
- Final inspection — 100 % leak and appearance check before packing, plus label, barcode and carton verification for OEM orders.
What we can document for you
For OEM and project orders we can issue dimensional drawings, material declarations and inspection records with the shipment. If your incoming inspection needs a specific test report, tell us the standard and the acceptance criteria at the quotation stage — agreeing the test before production is far cheaper than arguing about it afterwards.
Certification scope
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers the production and sale of filters and filter cartridges, excluding special-licence scope. The ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates cover the same registered address and the same activities. All three are issued against unified social credit code 914107110664863816.
Intellectual property
We hold registered design patents for a return-line filter housing (RFA-40), an oil filter element (H-YLX-001) and a filter (H-YLQ-001), together with registered trademarks for the HAIJIE name and mark. Patent and trademark numbers are available to customers on request; the certificates are shown below where the number is legible.
