Only to answer your inquiry and to prepare a quotation. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or rent your details to anybody.
Who can see it
Inquiries are stored in the website database and are visible to the sales and engineering staff who need to answer them. Our email provider may carry a copy of the notification email. If you ask us to ship an order, the freight forwarder receives only the delivery details it needs.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while a commercial relationship is active and for as long as tax and export records require. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by writing to the address below.
Cookies
The website itself does not set marketing or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie when an administrator logs in; that cookie is not created for ordinary visitors.
