Most of our export orders begin with a competitor part number. We keep an interchange database covering HYDAC, Rexroth, Pall, Eaton, Mahle, MP-Filtri, Parker and the Chinese Liming series, and we quote a replacement element against the same physical envelope.
What “interchangeable” means here
An interchangeable element has to match four things, not one:
- Geometry — outer and inner diameter, overall length, end-cap profile and the position of the sealing face.
- Filtration performance — the β-ratio at the requested micron rating, not just the nominal rating on the label.
- Materials — media type, centre tube, end caps and seal compound, matched to the fluid and temperature.
- Collapse strength — differential-pressure capability, which is what separates a filter from a bypass path.
We confirm all four in writing before the first batch. Where the original uses a proprietary end-cap geometry we will say so rather than ship a part that “almost fits”.
OEM and ODM production
Send a drawing or a sample and we produce to it, including your own label, packaging, barcode and carton markings. Typical OEM scopes are:
- Private-label return-line and suction elements in your own part-number scheme.
- Elements built to a supplied drawing, including non-standard lengths and end caps.
- Custom media selection — glass fibre, wood-pulp paper, stainless steel mesh, melt-blown or pleated polyester.
- Kit packing: element plus seals, O-rings and fitting instructions in one bag.
Sampling and trial orders
We would rather send two elements for a fit test than ship a pallet that does not seal. Small trial orders are accepted, and the same production line makes the sample and the batch — no separate “sample grade”.
Documentation
Depending on the order we can issue dimensional drawings, material declarations, inspection records and the label artwork for approval, and we pack with your barcodes where your warehouse requires it.
